PREDSEDNIK LTD was established in 2000. Its founder is mr. Hristo Tsvetkov. The main business activity is the processing and marketing of natural rock material. In our production we used Vratsa Limestone in five different selection who can be used for exterior and also for interior. Vratsa has the characteristics making it limestone unique for aesthetic value, use versatility and technical performance. Vratsa is a compact, homogenous stone, sedate in its warm cream color and durable through time and indubitably immune to rain and frost. Vratza limestone features great aesthetic uniformity, both in color and in pattern. The stone has absolutely safe physical and stress resistance parameters. In many ways they are superior to the stones of a similar type. These parameters make for full- field use of it both indoors and out, even in environmental conditions considered harsh for calcareous materials.Vrtaza stone has no need of reinforcement of resin treatment. A lot of projects around the world have been successfully realized with Vratza limestone, used in various types of products and in the most varied climatic- environmental conditions.Vratza limestone has always been considered a material suited even for prestigious designs destined to last through tim. We have a modern factory with an area of 6000 sq.m. in the Industrial Area of Beli Izvor, equipped with precise equipment which cover all Bulgarian and international quality standards.
