Granits Lucas

The Granites and Lucas Colmant specialized in funerary art. Their purpose is to allow people to keep forever the indelible traces of their loved ones. Creating a monument is probably the cultural founding act of humanity. It is in this tradition that fit the Granites Lucas: the stone work according to the rules of the art in respect of memory.   
The monuments were generally made of blue stone. It is to the sixties as granite appeared to be more resistant material but also more difficult to work.
