INITIAL INFORMATION
Two limited liability companies – marble concession holders are put
for sale. Both placed on two neighboring locations. In the region of
Prilep, in the same part of the mountain where Marble Factory Prilep
has its concession (same quality of marble).
Both companies are capital connected so they could be sold in one PACKAGE.

FIRST LOCATION:
Concession agreement for a term of 20 years.

Location area: 25 hectares
Stock: 2.000.000 cubic surface
All permits acquired.
SECOND LOCATION
Concession agreement for a term of 20 years.

Location area: 200 hectares
All permits acquired, except for working permit which is purposefully
since the owner does not have an interest to invest for the time being.
