Gortynis Marble Block, Greece Grey Marble

Gortynis grey marble blocks due to their strength and our quarry's modern equipment, can be quarried in big dimensions. They range from 2.20m - 3.00m in length, 1.40m-1.70m or 2.00 in width as well as height.

Slab cutting is facilitated since Gortynis grey marble does not appear any stripes or veins limitating processing. Blocks can be cut from all sides revealing the same "face". In addition this is another advantage of this marble because it contributes to the minimization of waste while processing.

Moreover, blocks can be cut according to special projects. Due to the good quality of the quarry's production blocks can be greater than usual or adjusted to particular needs of a project.

Blocks can be loaded in both open or closed top containers.
