We are extracting tonalite, which is locally also called granite, from Pohorje in Slovenia for more than a century.
We grew up with stonecutting and we keep on doing it in the present. Our grandfathers have taught us respect and love towards the stone. With hard work we became masters of stonecutting.
With granite, which is a versatilitly appreciated and appliable material, we give houses strength and beauty. Monuments, fountains, roads and paths in rural and urban environment gain autochthonism with our work. For everyone that form and plan, including architects, engineers, urbanists and investors, we chisel out ideas, even if they seem unbelievable.
We have awakened the quarry in Josipdol in the past years. The production was modernized and we have revived a craft, which was almost dead. We give back the value of granite, which it had in the past.
