Tiles Productions

1. All the sizes having thickness more than 40 cm are cut on Gangsaw and less than 40 are cut on blade saw.
   
2. Raw block is selected according to the requirement of customer.
3. Raw block are faced atleast on 02 sides so that inner shade is visible, if appropriate than we proceed.
4. The selected block is cut on Italian gang saw ( Barsanti ) so no thickness issues.
5. Big slabs are cut to sizes and than calibrated.
6. After calibration it is mirrored polished with standard abrasive.
7. Then it is re sized for perfect 90 degree ( orthogonal corners )
8. On customer requirement it is (optional, suited for restaurant floors ) treated with resin to prolong its polish life and reduce any moisture absorbtion.

All the tiles are netted with a fibrous material on the unpolished surface to make it more durable.
