The kerbstones and binders are elements used for the border of pavements, squares, pedestrian areas and streets.
KERBSTONES:
The wide is of 80, 100, 120 and 150 while the length is always random with a minimum of 400. The externat edge is chamfered for 4 mm or could be also rounded. On request if possible to have other sizes, the fixed length or short pieces for curve with lower radius. We have 2 different type of kerbs, with:
Natural cleft
The top surface is natural cleft and the sided are sawn. Because the natural cleft the height is always variable from 200 to 300. Is possible to have kerbs with higher or inferior height.
Worked surface
Are cuted from the big blocks and for that the height is uniform. It is normally 230 and the sides can be flamed, bush hammered or could be remain ssawn.
BINDERS
They have a rectangular shape, the top surface is natural cleft and the 4 edges are split. The wide is fixed with a tollerance of +/- 5 and the length is random. The minimum thickness is 40 and the maximum 150. The standat production of the binders are:
100x50/80
The wide is 100, the thickness is variable from 40 to 80 and the length is included from 150 to 400. The weight for lm is of about 18 kg;
100x70/100
The wide is 100, the thickness is variable from 70 to 110 and the length is included from 150 to 400. The weight for lm is of about 22 kg;
120x100/150
The wide is 120, the thickness is variable from 90 to 150 and the length is included from 150 to 400. The weight for lm is of about 35 kg.
