For projects that require traditional, old-world, high-end stonework, full bed building stone is the product of choice.
With a typical thickness range of 3" - 6" and an average coverage of approximately 30-45 sq. ft. per ton, full bed products require a footing or foundation for installation. These products offer the most versatility in final installation appearance, as the stone can easily be pillowed or rockfaced by a skilled mason for an exquisite natural look. Full bed products are highly recommended for larger structures, since is allows for a larger face size than most thin veneers.
