"The bride" by Giovanni Balderi - statue in Statuary marble - dimensions: 99 x 22 x 14 cm - year: 2010
Giovanni Balderi was born in 1970 in Seravezza. After graduation at the Art Institute of Pietrasanta, he has worked with several art studios without interrupting his personal expressive research. In 2001, he taught techniques of sculpture, in Brisbane, Australia. In 2009 he was one the artists at the "Italian Festival of Arts and Crafts" in Bethlehem-Jerusalem in Israel. Personal exhibitions were held in Italy and abroad. In 2010 he participated at the first "International Biennial of Grottaglie" in Taranto and "Forte 2010 VS" in Forte dei Marmi.
