Situated in Rye right near the beach. This home features a multitude of white materials, both man made and natural. Most stunning are the massive 2” Thick Misty White marble. Imported from Italy, Misty White is a beautiful stone with an incredibly warm, white background. With vanilla veins flowing through the material, Misty White from Rye Marble is the perfect material for anyone looking for a white kitchen or bath that’s both unique and stunning. This kitchen featured a handmade Shaws farmhouse sink and split-faced thassos marble backsplash.
Moving into the master bath, perfect white GLASStone was used as the countertop material. GLASStone is a man-made crystallized glass product, and is considered the ideal alternative to Thassos marble. Impervious to stains, and extremely scratch resistant, GLASStone looks as good in 10 years as the day it goes in.
The laundry area features Blizzard white Caesarstone. A custom 2” mitered edge detail gives this countertop the appearance of being much thicker than it actually is. Caesarstone is perfect for laundry areas as common cleaners and detergents won’t stain this stark white material which will handle all the laundry baskets that are thrown at it.
Lastly this house features a beautiful Iceberg White Marble fireplace surround. Its clear when you look at this fireplace why its named iceberg. It literally looks as if its made of ice. A very translucent white marble, this fireplace surround was the perfect to detail to bring an antique mantle a touch of modern times.
