Galata Marble Slabs & Tiles, Bulgaria Black Marble

The “Galata” deposit has a concession area of 55 000 m², located 0.3 kilometers west of Galata, 45 km northwest of Lovech and 2 km south of Bulgarski Izvor. At “Galata” quarry we extract black marbleized limestone. The material is homogeneous with a higher rigidness than other limestone and it is easily polished. With its highly attractive black coloring, the material is very suitable for indoor facing, pavements and decorative elements.
