The Colosseum is a beautiful tumbled travertine tile, characterised by its light, creamy colour. Tumbled travertines particularly lend themselves well to wet room areas due to the structure of the stone. Travertine naturally has a voided structure in a similar way to a swiss cheese for example. Therefore when a travertine tile is tumbled, it reveals all of the voids and allows them to be filled with grout creating an increased slip resistance value.
