Slate stone is a fine-grained, homogeneous, metamorphic rock which is derived from an original sedimentary rock composed of clay or volcanic ash through low grade regional metamorphism. Slate stone a multi-mineral rock made of an aggregate of minerals and colloidal substances. Slate tiles and slate stones are suitable for Exterior and Interior Applications. It is used for many purposes like flooring, roofing and is virtually indestructible.
