Belgian Bluestone can be find especially in the Ardennes. The limestone is caused under sea level, in shallow sedimentation, consisting full of life.
Bluestone is a sedimentation rock (of mineral parts), different from granite which is a volcanic rock, caused by underground solidification of magma, deep under the earth’s crust.

Characteristics:
Original Belgian Bluestone is provided with the typical fossils and shells.
It has its full blue colour that even tends to black.
Bluestone is even harder then any other kind of bluestone.

Application Belgian bluestone:
Belgian Bluestone can be used as floor tiles, window sills, doorsteps, ornaments, kitchen sinks, tables, massive jars, plinth blocks and fireplaces.
Belgian Bluestone can also be sweetened and polished. .
