• 1. Q:Is it OK to put foods?

  A : Yes. our slate ware is according with international food safe standard ,have CE/SGS certificate.

  2. Q:Will these coasters catch drink sweat and hold it? It's really hot and humid here and a tall glass of a cold drink will sweat A LOT. Do you know if these coasters will hold like an ounce of water?

  A: Natural surface one is non-slip, it can stand 1229kg/cm2(122.9Mpa), which means 10cm2 coaster can hold hundred of 35 ounce of water?

  3. Q:Do you have your own factory ?

  A: Yes, we have own factory in Jiujiang,Jiangxi, accpeting orders from Ningbo offices and Jiujiang offices.

  4. Q:How to visit your factory&Quarry ?

  A: It takes about 2 hours from Guangzhou to Jiujiang by air. Or you can take EMU from Ningbo to Jiujiang. We're really expect for your visit here ! Kailei Stone Factory

  5. Q:How many kinds of products in your factory ?

  A: We have all sorts of slate stone products for you to choose such as slate plates, slate coasters, serving trays, slate art crafts series etc. in different shapes and sizes. Besides,twice order will receive our special gifts.

  6. Q:What's the Minimum Order Quantity ?

  A: We can accept wholesale and retail .no limit for quantity. But ,if quantity is more than 500sets, you'll have a good discount

  7.Q:Is slate fragile? Will it break if I drop it?

  A: Caution of Law of the jungle: It will be cut by harder material. E.g. some Granite, Marble knife and so on. The easiest way to think of natural slate like porcelain or glass. It is very hard and durable but it is likely to break if it is hit sharply by something hard or dropped on a hard surface. If you treat your slate like you would any dish or glass from our kitchen, your slate will be perfectly fine!

  8. Q:How to clean my slate?

  A: All of our products are treated and sealed to be food safe. Soapstone, chalk, crumbs, and liquids wipe off easily with a damp sponge or towel. Our slate boards can also be washed with a sponge and dish soap. Slate boards that have AWS feet on the bottom are dishwasher safe.

  9. Q:Is slate perfectly flat?

  A: Slate is very close to flat, but it is not perfectly flat, no. However, we don't use cork feet or felt bottoms which do look nice. Kailei Stone show the beauty of nature. Each one is tested its work of bottom. Of course, if necessary, we'll provide cork feet, felt bottom, and any other material for your choice.
