Calpinage Marble Patchwork Waterjet Medalion

Calpinage is a sort of patchwork which consists in gathering pieces of various nature, such as marble or marble stone, terra cotta, old ceramics, etc...and diverse geometrical forms to create new ornaments such as carpets, rosettes, table plates, plaks and plinths.

Calpinage is handmade and placement of the different materials is done according to models previously studied and well-prepared. Several completions are possible: waxed or aged.

Our offer is varried; in addition to the models already available in our catalogue, we regularly produce works designed by architects and decorators among our customers and we seek to create new designs periodically.
