When choosing your material, take into account the intensity of use of your staircase. Is it for indoor use or outdoor use? For normal (family) use or multiple (collective) use? Do you want a tight, modern view or something else nationally? All these matters should be taken into account.

The surface finish also plays an important part in the choice of material. It also strongly determines the view of your stone. For outdoor use, you prefer better roughening due to increased slip safety. As a result, the brick is lighter in color. For interior finishes, you prefer a polished finish. The stone is then darker, but the color and structure are better reflected. Polished surface is easier to maintain than rough surfaces. In intensive use, scratches and wears will appear faster on these polished surfaces where rough areas are less likely to suffer.
