Beige Limestone Mushroomed Wall

We have recently opened a new high brand building limestone quarry with the amount of 1.4 million tons of resource that may be quarried as soon as necessary.
The whole area of the quarry is 10 hectars and the depth of quarring is up to 7 meters.
The quarry is located in Estonia
The license to quarry is valid until 2024.
All other licenses (to pump out and drain water) and agreement with the government and other institutions are valid.
Since we are not mining ourselves and using subcontractors and operating firm, we are interested in selling the whole quarry land to interested buyer.
In our opinion, reasonable price would be 3 million EUR.
