Serizzo Oira,Serizzo Antigorio Scuro Blocks

The naturalness of Serizzo Antigorio is known in the construction sector. It is a Gneiss with a medium grain and overall appearance white, gray and dark gray. The presence of muscovite is less than Serizzo Formazza, in fact the black gray inclusions, determined by the mica biotite, predominate in the structure and in the final appearance. The stratification in folia is recognizable and appreciated. The granitic aspect of Serizzo weaving highlights its geological metamorphism and the past contained in it.

EXTRACTIVE SITES

Serizzo mining takes place in Val d'Ossola in the Verbano - Cusio - Ossola (Piedmont) province, specifically from the Garou quarry.
