Carrara White Marble

Probably the most famous of all the white marbles, Carrara has been used by builders and artists for millennia and remains as popular today as it was in the time of Michelangelo and Da Vinci. The brilliant white background is offset by distinct grey veining and it is the balance of white and grey that is used to grade the material. Carrara C generally has a whiter background and commands a higher price than CD grade Carrara. We advise our customers to view a sample from the current batch before purchasing this material and are always happy to provide these on request.
