Gohareh Limestone

Description

Iran is one of the main origins of limestone. The most popular and famous Persian limestone is Gohare limestone. They come in two colors Beige and Cream. . This stone that its quarries are located in Khorramabad, is highly resistant against abrasion and can be supplied in two selections – Cream & Cream with fossils. Those stones which are Cream or have light fossils are categorized as first grade and dark fossils would be considered as second grade.
