Hassan Green Granite

Hassan Green Granite is a dark green granite from India. This granite is consistent in color and texture. This has dark green background with star like white texture. This granite is primly used for Kitchen Countertops, headstone, wall tiles and flooring. This is quarried in Karnataka State of India.

This is a hard granite and it takes very good polishing. This is a homogenous granite and appears well if you use it in making floors. The low variation of this granite enables it to use tiles for making floors.

Surface Finish

Hassan Green Granite looks best with a gloss polished surface but is also available as honed, leather/satin, river-washed/antique, thermal/flamed, flamed & brushed, water-jet, bush-hammered, sandblast and sawn finish.

Sealing

Test with a small sample. It is possible that a sealant can be used on Hassan Green Granite however excessive attempts at sealing it could create a residue film build-up.

Hassan Green granite is quarried near Dumgere, Hassan, West Ghats, Karnataka, West and East Ghats, India.
