The batch used by machine
The image of rock was batched by machine as follows:
Stone is being processed by specialized machine in different sizes: 15x15x2.5cm, 20x20x2.5cm, 15x15x2cm, 20x20x2cm, 30x30x2cm, 40x40x2cm ...
- First, the stone is cut as required size.
- Next, stone is placed in the batch machine (watch video), then the machine rotates at a predetermined time. The amount and quality of the product will depend on the time of the machine while rotating. It also depends on the amount the customers’ requested.
- After rotating is complete, the stone is taken out, folded into a wooden box and delivered to the customer.
The batch used by hand
The new batched stone with the larger surface (30cm or more; 30x30x2cm, 40x40x2cm) cannot be processed by a batch machine, the worker must use a hammer to knock the four sides of the stone by hand. First, the stone is cut as ordered size such as 30x30x2cm, 40x40x2cm. Then, the craftsman would knock the rock with a hammer. Finally, the stone is packed into wooden crates and delivered to the customer.
