Characteristics:

Travertino Ondulato marble is a stone material formed by the superposition of more or less defined levels of beige color of variable intensity.

These levels are parallel to each other with a "wave" pattern with accentuations of decimetric order cavities which characterize the material in the travertine family. Corrugated Travertine is fine-grained.

We can define Wavy Travertine as a variant of Classic Travertine as its wave movement gives the finishing of the work a touch of movement and originality compared to the static nature of the horizontal grain.

Sawings:

Corrugated Travertine can be cut from blocks into slabs on the Back and Back which outline two types of grain and therefore two aspects in the installation.

Treatments:

Corrugated Travertine can be processed in the following ways: Bushhammering – Stuccoing – Sanding – Polishing – Brushing – Antiquing.

Main Internal Applications:

Corrugated travertine marble finds both commercial and domestic use in homes such as: Flooring – Cladding – Washbasins and Bathtubs – Kitchen tops.

Main External Applications:

Thanks to its high resistance to external weather conditions, Corrugated Travertine can be applied both as external flooring - external wall coverings - sculpture works exposed to both hot and cold temperatures.
