Material Information

Natural granite stone from eastern India. Known for its dark black lustre and metallic flakes, it finds its usage in monuments and construction industry. It is a moderately hard granite and takes exquisite polish. Its natural polish gets a 105 score on glossmeter. Low recovery in the quarry and limited mineable quarries make it a scarce yet premium commodity. This material is ideal for engraving, sandblasting, frosting or etching.

Timeline - 1-1.5 months production time for FCL.

Packing Details

Wrapped with bubble sheet and packed into wooden crates. Wooden crates undergo fumigation before loading onto the ship.

Shipping Details

Nearest Seaport is Mundra. Transported by road to the nearest port and be ready to ship. Approximate shipping time is 1.5-2 months depending on customer's location.

Payment Details

Payment in USD/EUR/GBP per cubic metre. Unit price depends on size of the blocks.
Payment Terms - 30% as deposit and the remaining payment upon submission of BL copy to the customer. Or as negotiated.

Maintenance Informations

The color stays the same even in harsh sunny conditions. Being pitch black in color, the accumulated dust is very easily visible. Hence, it is recommended to wipe the stone with a clean, wet cloth on a regular basis.
