General information about terracotta

Terra Cotta clay tiles are handcrafted.

Irregularities on the surface. at the edges, in the measure, in the thickness of the material

and in the color we can and will not prevent. because they belong to the distinctive character of these clay slabs. The clay plates must be stored in a dry place and cut with the dryflex (diamond disc) (see "Special properties"). In order to achieve a uniform appearance of the covering,

the plates are always taken from different pallets and packages.

In the pre-treated (with CMM stain stop) plate. which has been laid in the gluing process, can be cleaned after cleaning and wiping after a drying time of 1 to 2 days

start treatment (Please note paragraphs 2 and 3, respectively). Sealing-

and care procedures. For the final treated plate, you can start grouting in the adhesive process one day after laying (see treatment text C). If you have used medium bed rapid adhesive, you can use the Treat as described in the treatment text C. Please note that in the first year the Terra Cotta needs more intensive care and cleaning with a CMM-hard seal, more shine, CMM-Bio-hard-seal silky gloss, until the pores have closed and a non-sensitive patina has formed.

In order to achieve a uniform appearance of the covering, the panels must be continuous

from different pallets and packages are taken!
