POLISHED GLAZED VITRIFIED TILES:

These polished GVT are super-glossy and are available in wide range of styles and designs, thus making them ideal for interiors. They go through an additional firing process wherein a layer of liquid glass is added to GVT. This also makes them less slip-resistant and scratch-resistant compared to unpolished glazed vitrified tiles. However due to the non-porous liquid glass coat polished glazed vitrified tiles show higher stain-resistant. Polished glazed vitrified tiles like the Bottochino or the Royal Bruni Beige are excellent examples and a great choice for interiors in hotels and restaurants.

UNPOLISHED GLAZED VITRIFIED TILES:

These are denser, thicker and more durable which makes them ideal for outdoors or areas with heavy traffic. Further, due to their excellent slip-resistance they are a great choice for bathroom, kitchen or any area where you require a slip-resistant area and that may have high moisture. Because of their scratch-resistance and beautiful earthen aesthetics, these also make a great visual appeal.
