We do it like this:

1. we provide you our pattern catalogue or take your design picure.

2. our designing team get start to draw CAD drawing on computer.

3. color will be decomposed for accuracy.

4. Cut medallion pattern with waterjet cutting machine which secure a clean cut and better performance at

gluing.

5. Assemble the pieces.

6. Glue the backside.

7. Planish the tiles with professional flatting machine.

8. Put glue on the front.

9. Number and inspect product and then pack.

About our glue:

Besides the technique and quality of the stones, glue play an important role in the process of making medallion floor/wall cladding.

Our GLUE has a high intensity of adhesive force as well as fast-drying quality. Superfluous glue is easy to be removed.
