Composition: minimum 4-5 mm stone veneer + 6mm ~50 mm Aluminum honeycomb substrate

Weight : about 22 Kg / m2 (subject to different stone materials)

Wanlong composite stone Panel retains the bright beauty of natural stone, while making it lighter in weight , more stable and less likely to break.

Installing system have option two for wall clading

Aluminum Honeycomb Stone Panel Cases:

Advantages:

① Lightweight : 70% less weight compared with 20 mm thick dimensional stone

② High impact strength : 60 times greater than 30 mm granite

Composite panel can prevent discolaration , because it has stronger base, which separate water and corrosion matter.

New Wanlong stone composite panels can be moved using regular elevators and then installed by two workers only. The honeycomb panels can be installed directly over the existing cladding without the need for expensive demolition or reinforcing the building structure. It can be used over brick , metal, concrete , stucco and others.

Part 4 : Package & Shipping

Protective film on the surface of luminum honeycomb stone panel , then the panel is packed in export grade.

1 ) Inner packing : Cartons or foamed plastics (polystyrene)

2 ) Out packing : Seaworthy wooden crated with fumigation

3 ）Shipping about 20 -25 days after receipt of deposit, also subject to the quantity.

Surfaces and edges are well prtected, padded with foamed plastics and packed in fumigated wooden crates ans reinforced by strong straps.
