BacstoneTM glass is produced through an innovative advanced glue-free technology combing stone and glass processing skills.

BacstoneTM glass is comprised of double layers of extra clear glass laminated with thin natural stone by our special GS interlayer. During the whole processing, any glue is not used and with our special edge treatment, a perfect bacstoneTM glass is finished with the ability to resistance on cold or hot humidity, delamination and chemical corrosion in the air.

Bacstone glass can pass EN125 43-4 1998 Standard Test, We even use more harsh conditon than EN12543-4 1998 standard to test bacstone glass. Our test condition is 95% relative humidity, 122 degree and 100 hours. test result is no air bubble and no delamination at all !!!

1.Boiling Test(sample is boiled in boiling water for one hours, result is no delamination, no air bubble)

2. Water Soak Test(sample is soaked in cold water for three months, result is no delamination)

3. Pummel Test (Sample is pumelled by 0.5KG hammer to check the disintegrated broken glass particles, result of pummel ranged 7-9)

4. External UV Test （sample is put outside for UV radiation for 5 years，Result is no color chage)
