Tabriz Tile industry is established in 1362 and is built and operated in year 1374 in the field with the width of 15 hectare and 20000 m2.by transmitting the shares and beginning of state of hard work and Perseverance of new share holders from year 1377 and taking appropriate measures into consideration it leaded in high quality production which caused a big evolution in Tabriz Tile.
In year 1382, this unit developed the floor saloon as a joint venture with a Spanish factory who is one of the biggest ceramic factories of the world and in year 1384 could start up the production of floor tile under the brand of Keraben with capacity of annually 2.500.000 m2.Now the ceramic products of this factory can compete with world’s best ceramic producers as the export statistics of this factory to many of countries specially middle east and even European countries exhibits this fact.
Apparent and modern view of management of this factory on one hand and on the other hand regarding the economical conditions in production caused substation of new and big European sizes in less than one year. After this evolution Tabriz Tile could gain its own level among other tile and ceramic producers and stay beside the best producers of this industry in the world.
Tabriz Tile factory with the capacity to produce variety of designs and sizes with more than 300 in tile and 200 in Ceramics such as 25*50, 33*33, 45*45, 25*25, 20*60, 30*60, 20*50, 33*60 , ... is operating and most of these sizes are exclusive.
Since 1388 again the factory started to update its machineries. By buying new and modern machines from most famous Italian companies and implementing new production lines it could increase the amount of the daily production from 7000 m2 to 13000 m2 and also affected employment for many young. The other development plan of the factory was about upgrading the machineries .Regarding the increase of energy rate and respecting the natural sources Tabriz Tile factory built a substation for itself which cost billions of Riyals for it. Tabriz Tile always tries to take saving and energy efficiency into consideration.
The development plan was going to happen in four years but decreased to two years by the hard work of managers and was opened in Mehr 1391.By implementing this faculties the capacity of production is doubled and new ideas lead in different sizes and designs such as rectified ones which are being producing for the first time in Iran.
This production unit has more than 600 employees who work in three work shifts under the legal of Insurance companies and labor law. More than 35 % of employees have university studies who all the time try to update the level of the factory by different ways such as visiting national and international exhibitions and attending lot of conferences and seminars and classes.
This factory has had a very brilliant resume by being best producer, best exporter and several rewards yet.
A sale of the products has a definite circle which is along with daily production program to its clients all over the country and out of it. Ways of showing the products is according to most modern and latest forms in the world by decorating the shops. The process of Homogeneous decorating of the shops started from 1388 which affected on the amount of sales.
In year 1389 the first continual exhibition of Tabriz Tile and Keraben Ceramic Tabriz opened in Tehran and the second one were in Tabriz in Esfand 1389.
The quality control unit of the factory controls all the units inside the system and production lines so that the quality of the products is sent to market in the best form. All the efforts and tactics of this unit is along with Standard office measures.
One of the most important goals of Tabriz Tile unit is observance of global standards whereas in year 2002 it could get ISO 9002 and was updated in 2005 by Iso2000:9001, and also in year 2010 get the certificate of ISO9001:2008 from SGS.
The products of the factory are sent to many of neighbor countries such as Iraq, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, and Kazakhstan...
