GENERAL PROPERTIES
PRO CLEAN 05 is a concentrated, heavy duty acidic based detergent formulated for the complete removal of excess grout and cement or mortar residues from newly fixed terracotta floors, leaving the terracotta surface completely clean and uniform for a future sealer or wax application. Diluted in water, PRO CLEAN 05 can be used also to dissolve heavy construction dirt, lime deposits and efflorescence from both internal or external floor applications. Not to be used on polished surfaces.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Before proceeding with application, to avoid damages from accidental spills or vapours, remove all removable objects from job site, protect or tape all nearby wall surfaces and surroundings such as; glass, metal or aluminium taps, window frames/ledges, plants or vegetation. Allow adequate ventilation. For external applications divert pedestrians, vehicles or other properties.Apply the prepared solution of PRO CLEAN 05 evenly on the terracotta to be cleaned, allowing a contact time of 2/3 minutes. Proceed to scrub the surface using scrubber and bristles.Rinse the surface with abundant water and neutraliser (RUST OFF) diluted in accordance with label, making sure to eliminate completely any acid residues. Ensure that tiles, adhesive beds and grouts are completely dry before sealing (10-15 days).
WHERE TO APPLY
The product is applied on newly laid traditional and general Tuscany and commercial terracotta floors for the removal of general installation residues and dirt.
