Product Description:

KLEEVER KP is a high quality water based hard surface floor conditioner / treatment. The product is designed as a first step pre treatment conditioner in preparation for polishing with KLEEVER CUT diamonds and crystallizing with Kleever KC.

Can be used on all types of Concrete and Terrazzo floors.

Stir before using

Directions for use:

1) Remove any topical coatings from the floor surface.

2) Hone the floor using Kleever Cut diamond abrasives beginning with the required coarse grit and finishing through 120 grit.

3) Apply Kleever KP Pre Polish Conditioner to the floor surface and allow 30 minutes of dwell time.

4) Scrub floor with clear cool water and a red buffing pad. Vacuum up the solution.

5) Allow the floor to dry completely. Repeat the honing process using 220, 400 and 800 grit Kleever Cut diamond abrasives.

6) Apply a second coat of Kleever KP Desnsifier to the floor surface. Allow to dry well for 30 minutes. Scrub floor with clear cool water and a red buffing pad. Allow the floor to completely dry.

7) Hone the floor using 1800 grit Kleever Cut diamond abrasives.

8) Clean floor with a cold water using a scrubbing machine and a red buffing pad.

9) Rinse floor thoroughly and allow to dry for 24 hours.

10) Apply Kleever KC concrete crystallizer for a durable high gloss shine.

Note:

Agitate Kleever KP during the application process and dwell time periodically to insure consistent leveling using a soft brush or broom. Dwell time may vary at different floor temperatures.

Minimum application temperature: 10˚C

Coverage: Approximately 25sq meters/5 liters

Maintenance:

Damp mop or auto scrub daily using a red buffing pad on a auto scrubber.

Re-crystallize twice annually using Kleever KC crystallizer.

Hone worn areas once annually or as needed using

Kleever Cut diamond abrasives.

Precautions Summary:

Eyes: Irritating. May injure the eye tissue if not removed promptly.

Skin: Irritating.

Inhalation: Mists are irritating to eyes and respiratory tract in high concentrations.

Ingestion: Minimal toxicity. Very irritating to mouth, throat and stomach. May cause gastric tract disorder.

Flash point: Not flammable.
