Sealer Black Sealant

Scope:

Guanzhu Jingling Colorful Joining Sealant is used for internal and external grouting of floors and finishes in all types of ceramic or porcelain. Nature stone, marble, granite, etc. glass and glass mosaic.

Features:

1)Good compressive and flexural strength and good resistance to freeze/thaw cycles and therefore optimum durability;

2)Smooth, compact finished surface with a very fin grain, structure with low water absorbency and therefore easy cleaning;

3)Very good resistance to abrasion;

4)Low shrinkage rate, therefore free of cracks and crevices;

Attentions

1) Do not mix with cement or other products and not add more water once it has started to concrete..

2) Do not mix with hard water or waste water.

3) Temperature between4℃-45℃ to use

4) The water for mixing the products must be calculated carefully. Too much water and residual humidity in the adhesive or mortar will not dry sufficiently or not adequately protected against rising damp, may cause unsightliness due to the formation of alkaline on the surface.

5) Expansion and movements joints on walls and floors must never be fill with sealant.

6) In the case of tile or slabs of stone material which have micro-porosity or a rough surface, carry out a preliminary test on a small piece to check whether it may be easily cleaned. If necessary, treat the surface with apply a protective treatment to the surface, ensuring that it does not run into the porosity.

Substrates Requirement

1) The tile adhesive concreted and then grout sealant make sure that the waiting time indicated in the technical data.

2) The joints must be clean free from dust and empty down to at least 2/3of the thickness of the tiles. Any adhesive or mortar which has seeped into the joints while laying the tiles must be removed whilst still fresh.

3) With particularly narrow tile or in the case of high temperatures or in windy conditions dampen the joints with clean water.

4) Mixing:

In a clean, no rust container. Add water, stir in sealant, slow blender mix, try to avoid the introduction of air to keep the caulking smooth consistency. Set aside for 5 minutes, before using again short stirring. The mixing slurry should be run out in 2 hours.

Sealing and Finishing:

should be applied undiluted using a brush. A thin application is recommended for best results. Working within small areas at a time, completely wet the stone or concrete with THE Seal. Avoid using excess sealer and wipe up any residues after 1 or 2 minutes with a clean cloth. Avoid overlapping the sealer during application. For a more durable finish, apply a second coat of Seal after the first coat has completely dried.Cures in approximately 12 hours at23°Cand 50% relative humidity. Temperatures during sealing below10°Cwill significantly increase the cure time. Sealed floors are ready for light traffic after 30 minutes.

Storage:

Twelve months if stored in the original factory sealed packaging.
