machine adopts PLC programmable control and man-machine interface, supplemented by ultra-high-precision rotary encoder for sharding. The left and right passes are controlled by frequency converter. The speed can be adjusted according to the material of the stone. The lifting up and down adopts hydraulic lifting, before and after sharding. It adopts high-precision screw nut transmission, automatic sharding, and imported high-quality spare parts for key parts. The blocks can be placed directly on the ground, saving the trolley and its maintenance costs; therefore, it has high cutting efficiency, high sharding precision and cutting. The plate has good flatness, high stability and easy operation, and is especially suitable for cutting high-value granite and marble blocks.

Note: If the production process requires, the user can add a 360° rotary table.
