It takes a great deal of experience to make tiles from slabs or natural flat face stone. This is why the Broadway machines are designed to split wide and very thin materials, with a specialist internal moving frame, giving a precision split edge each time.
Another notable difference that makes these splitters more suitable for this type of application is the pressure of the lower blade on the stone without the movement of the working table. This greatly improves split quality and reduces waste.
These machines are designed to split all types of stones and are particularly suitable for the production of slab paving and flat finished products. With their long blade large pieces of stone can be worked with precision.

BROADWAY SHERPA 600 2C SEMI- AUTOMATIC STONE SPLITTING LINE
Steinex semi-automatic Splitting line designed for natural stone with a sawn surface for splitting products of small to medium dimensions. This line is equipped with 2 splitting cylinders, lower and upper, to maximize the quality of the split.
The blade length is 600 mm with a maximum split height of 320 mm and the machine is supplied with a high performance, low maintenance hydraulic unit and once again Steinex continues offering incredible efficiency, with the line using approximately a maximum of 5kW of power.
BROADWAY 600
The Broadway 600 splitting machine is the smallest Broadway model, designed to be portable and as a general-purpose machine for the production of most split products from regular or sawn stone and concrete. It is also considered a specialist machine for the production of cladding and wall stones from slabs or sawn blocks. The blade is 600 mm long and fixed but pivoting, an excellent combination for splitting natural flat material or sawn stone. Each machine is equipped with a low noise hydraulic unit.
