Machinery Function Features

This machine splits the tile into 2 parts. We put the tile in horizontal way on the belt, and we specify the thickness of horizontal split. We must regulate the thickness manually by moving the head of the disk up and down. It has 2 horizontal heads. The belt is controlled by an inverter. We use it for hard tiles.

2 heads with 1 horizontal disk each: 625 mm
2 motors for the disks of 500 mm (RPM:1420 rotation): 15 kw
2 motors for the disks of 625 mm (RPM:1420 rotation): 22.5 kw
