Automatic bridge cutting machine for marble and granite type “MKP 35 DIGITAL”.
Machine complete with:
- Spindle motor HP 24 (two speed type) prearranged to hold n° 1 Diamond disk diam. min. 400 mm. and max. 700 mm. for granite, or 400 mm. and max.1000 mm. disk for marble processing.
- Disk guard and outfits to fit 500 mm. disk.
- Max. vertical cutting depth on marble slabs 300 mm. with disk 1000 mm.
- Disk lock flange 250 mm. - Steel spindle axle 60 mm.
- Automatic displacement of the bridge and automatic lifting lowering of disk.
- digital display to select different cutting width sizes and number of Cuts with device to memorize the disk thickness and the bridge inertial displacement.
- Device to cut pack of granite or marble slabs or a thick one by vertical step-cuttings, and inclined cuts in a single pass.
- Manual rotating cast-iron worktable with locking stops at 0°- 45°- 90° -135°.
- Manual slanting spindle to make cuts from 0° to 90°.
- Max cutting length 3500 mm. with disk 500 mm.
