The PLC control system and humanized human-computer interaction interface can realize intelligent control through liquid crystal touch screen or mechanical button.Two commonly used system languages, Chinese and English, suitable for most countries and regions.The machine is suitable for surface polishing of granite/marble.According to the material of the slabs and the glossiness of the slabs , the machine can be adjusted the pressure of the spindle lifting cylinder, the front and rear swing speed of the beam and the travel speed of the conveyor belt , easy for customer to operation.This machine is equipped with automatic avoidance and plate type memory function, and equipped with abrasive wear alarm device,which has high automation and low labor intensity.This machine adopts the central automatic lubrication system ,which is make all of the moving parts and bearing in this machine can achieve good lubrication and extend service life.The grinding head power transmission adopts the narrow V-belts with teeth set to greatly reduce power loss, improve transmission efficiency and enhanced service life.The front and rear swinging of the beam adopts a linear rolling guide rail, which has good stability and wear resistance, and is equipped with an anti-top anti-offset device and has a long service life.
