This 5 axis machine is a fully automated stone CNC machine that is used for cutting stone slab, kitchen tops, countertop, and stone decoration processing.
How?It’s designed to make accurate stone edge cutting, 45 degree chamfer cutting, kitchen top faucets hole cutting, edge profile grinding & polishing, sink cutting, arc or round shape cutting and all other stone slab processing. It’s a easy and cost-effective stone countertop machine.
This 5 axis auto stone machine adopt linear guide rail and gear rail, moving motor use all servo motor to ensure the cutting speed and accuracy.
1. The cutting head can rotate every 90 degree for size to size cutting
2. The cutting blade can do 45 degree tilt for 45 degree joint, bevelled edge cutting.
3. Worktable can do 0-85 degree tilt for easy load big slabs.
4. Sink/faucets cutting
