1. Telediam -TDI-25-Beton
 25 Hp power machine, variable speed, suitable for small cuts in the quarry and block dimensioning, squaring operations.
 Installing the suitable diamond wire, the plant can cut every kind of stone, marble, granite, natural stones, beton included.
 The reduced dimensions make the plant suitable in case of little operations of demolition, since it is light to be moved/transported.
 The rotation of the cutting head make possible the realization of horizontal, vertical and inclined cuts.
 The plant can be however positioned far from the cutting area, whereas the system of the guide wheels properly arranged can guide the diamond wire and cut in every narrow space.

2. Telediam - TDI 100 super
The most powerful version of the range, suitable for very big cuts in the quarry, particularly for KSA market, for primary and secondary cutting operations, aimed to get big rock portions from the mountain.
These plants are equipped with functions for the rotation of the cutting head to perform horizontal, vertical and inclined cutting operations, and also offer the lateral head shift along inner bars, for the execution of parallel vertical cuts in the quarry without moving the plant from its position.

The machines for granite cutting are equipped with inverter necessary to adjust the wire linear speed according to the type of granite to be cut.
This version offers :
- The best production output, thanks to the optimized exiting torque due to 10 poles electric motor
- Adjustable linear speed of the diamond wire thanks to the presence of the inverter controlling the main flywheel rotation
- Controlled tensioning of the wire thanks to the inverter installed on the translation motor on the rails :
the advantage is that the life and performance of diamond wire are the best possible
- Electronic rotation of the head for performing horizontal, vertical and inclined cutting operations, without moving every time the position of the machine on the ground
- Electronic lateral shift of the head for performing two parallel cuts with maximum distance possible, higher than the ones achievable by the other plants present on the market.

TELEDIAM TDI 100 SUPER 1

The TDI 100 Super is part of our family of new machines, and is a:

HIGH POWER DIAMOND WIRE MACHINE with VARIABLE WIRE SPEED for all QUARRY CUTTING under FULL REMOTE CONTROL.

FEATURES:

Main Flywheel: two part cast aluminium, Ø 100 cm, with high strength and resilience to absorb all shock during start-up and operation. Fitted directly to the main motor shaft for maximum power efficiency.

Main motor: rating 75 kW, 10 poles provide with temperature detector and protection against overheating. An Inverter fitted directly on the machine allows wire speeds from 0 to 40 m/s. Variation of the wire speed allows any type of stone to be cut and optimises the performance of the machine and of the diamond wire. Easy starting from low speed, with low current in- rush.

Motor-Flywheel assembly (cutting head): rotates 360° and shifts laterally by 50 cm, allowing parallel cuts to be made at 100 to 210 cm, without moving the machine, by turning the head.

Cutting Head adjustment: remote control from the control panel using built-in electric drives.

Wire Guide-Wheels: two guide-wheels Ø 38 cm are provided and can be adjusted in position to guide the wire for any cutting direction and allow safe wire start-up.

Track: two double rail tracks are included, length 300 cm each - 6 m total lenght, with quick couplings for rapid track- laying. During cutting the machine drive pinion acts on the central rack, with a positive connection system that allows safe operation even on slopes

Machine Drive: a three phase motor, with a frequency control and feedback system, drives the machine at high speed (125 cm/min) during positioning and at low speed (30 to 150 cm/h) during cutting. During automatic cutting, the speed is controlled as a function of the parameters set by the operator and of the load on the main motor. This patented Pellegrini system allows continuous movement of the machine and constant work-load on the wire, completely avoiding all jerks and overloads, and ensuring both wire life and the best possible machine and wire performance.

Control System: all electronic control cards and power systems are fitted in the machine itself, on rubber mountings, and are electrically protected to Class 4 level (the best). Panels are sealed against dust and water to level IP65. Auxiliary supply includes a transformer to reduce spikes. Operator control is from a remote panel to allow safe machine operation, the panel carrying both an ammeter, a wire speed indicator, and a machine back-feed speed indicator as well as a complete set of push-buttons and potentiometers controlling all functions.

Safety systems: include automatic machine stop in case of wire breakage, fuses and overload relays for all motors, emergency stops on machine and control panel, electronic overload control for the main motor and the wire.
