1. Controlled by ultra-high precision rotary encoder , high precision screw nut drive, fragmented accurately;
2. The left and right walker is controlled by the frequency converter, can be adjusted according to the material of the stone ,to ensure cut the slab high efficiency and high quality;
3. Independent research and development of hydraulic system, four-guider column structure,guider column is chrome-plated, plus sealing guide sleeve, the sleeve is designed with a multi-layer seal, waterproof, dust proof, oil leakage proof, with a small gap. The whole machine is beautiful, improve service life.
4. Humanized man-machine operation interface, easy to operate, fragmented accurately.
Unique double-beam structure, as well as heavy body, it has better stability and efficiency than the ordinary multi blade bridge stone cutter, while the model has the following characteristics:
*Can install a lot of saw blades(max can install 27 pcs blades),multi group tower model, higher precision,high production
*Install bigger diameter blade(Max is 3500mm),add the size of the stroke,it can cut the bigger slab ,max cutting depth it can meet 1550mm
