Maema - StonDeck Water Blast Machine

StonDeck is an innovative and revolutionary bridge water firebox patented by Maem, which is able to make a rough finish on the natural stone of the slab surface thanks to the power of water under high pressure, up to 2000 bar. The water output is between 18 and 42 liters per minute. The possibility of using various types of water jets and the rotating head allows the machine to create straight lines, curved lines and a selected geometric shape. The three processing heads installed on the bridge can move in the following directions:
longitudinal guide for drawing lines along the length of the plates
transverse guide for drawing lines along the width of the plates
transverse + longitudinal for drawing squares on plates
diagonal guiding along the diagonals of both plates for drawing rhombuses
free running for drawing free-form drawings on plates
4-column bridge, allowing for the displacement of the processing heads, suitable for processing components with a maximum working width of 200 mm and a maximum working thickness of 500 mm
