VDN horizontal dryers for ceramic and porcelain slabs

The horizontal dryers, available in "single" or "multi-channel" version with high technological performance, can be used to dry all types of ceramic products.
Throughout the line, the structure is modular, with independent adjustment, this type of structure offers simplicity of construction and extreme rapidity of assembly and start-up.
The independent multi-level channels, easily adjustable from several control points, allow the production of different formats, guaranteeing considerable flexibility and an increase in production.
Both in the single-channel and multi-channel versions, the length of the thermal unit depends on the dryer.
Main advantages:
high drying efficiency, thanks to the hyper-convective exchange, allows for minimum consumption (<1300 Kcal / Kg H2O evaporated) and a maximum temperature difference on the product equal to 5 ° C;
reduced installation spaces thanks to the inclined extraction;
the movement system of the metal rollers is regulated by a series of gearmotors which allows to obtain a uniform advance of the product;
