KONTUR Diamond wire rope cutting machine

The Kontur diamond-wire machine is used in stone-processing and ritual workshops and is intended for the profile processing of products made of artificial and natural stone with a maximum size of 1500 * 800 * 200 mm.
The workpiece is positioned on a lever-rotary table and is fed for manual processing. The working tool is a diamond wire with a diameter of 8.7 mm, which makes curved cuts of any complexity. The rope is cooled by continuous water supply directly to the cutting area, which additionally ensures complete dust removal.
Distinctive advantages of the machine are: minimum noise level in operation, low power consumption, compactness, simplicity and ease of use and low maintenance requirements.
