Our jaw crushers are designed for preliminary crushing of hard, medium-hard and soft materials into medium and coarse fraction. The material is crushed by the pressure between two jaws approaching each other, one of which is permanently attached and the other is moving.
The jaws and side linings are made of hard-wearing manganese steel. Its maximum input, depending on the model, can reach up to 1000 mm, which makes it possible to obtain a finished product with a granulation of 10 mm to 200 mm at the machine exit. An important feature of jaw crushers is their high efficiency. Depending on the model, it can reach up to 300 t / h. The crusher is used to crush raw materials with a low moisture ratio, such as: stone, concrete, brick, granite, sandstone, lime, basalt, hard coal, charcoal and many others.
