Using 4 sets of shot blasting machines with large shot blasting capacity and high shot blasting speed manufactured by GF technology, the shot blasting capacity of a single machine can reach 180 kg/min, and the shot speed can reach more than 78 m/s, which greatly improves the cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect. . The special shot separation structure maximizes the projectile utilization rate to 98%, while the ordinary shot blasting machine is only 80%.
5. The separation device adopts the most advanced BE type full-curtain slag separator in the world, which can significantly improve the separation effect.
6. Equipped with sealing chambers at both ends and multi-stage sealing of rubber sheet curtains to prevent a large number of external radiation of steel shot, with good sealing effect and long service life.
7. The valve switch for pill supply adopts a pneumatic switch, which effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers.
8. The dust removal system can use a pulse back-blowing bag filter, and the dust emission concentration is less than 30 mg/m3.
