Stone Bridge Saw Block Cutter Machine With Horizontal Cut

DF-1600S/1800S/2000S uses PLC system and Human-machine interface, combined with Ultra-high precision rotary encoder to slice, uses inverter to control left-right feeding, adjusts the speed according to the stone material. It uses hydraulic lifting system, and the forward-backward slicing uses high-precision screw nut driving. The key part adopt imported good-quality spare parts. Combined with horizontal blade designing, cutting the sheet roots of plates directly, eliminating the trouble of unloading plate manually, improving efficiency. Horizontal Blades uses hydraulic system, up-down rising uses guide system, which is more reasonable and stable. Thus the whole machine is featured with high cutting efficiency, high slicing precision, flatness of plate after cutting, high stability, easy-operating to suit granite and marble block with high value.

PLC programmable control system

This machine uses a PLC programmable control system and a human-machine operation interface, supplemented by an ultra-high-precision rotary encoder for slicing. The left and right cutting is controlled by a frequency converter, and the speed can be adjusted according to the stone material. The up and down lifting is hydraulic lifting, and the front and rear slicing is done by hydraulic lifting. The blade is driven by a high-precision screw nut, and the key parts are all imported high-quality spare parts; this machine reasonably adds a set of horizontal knives for cutting on the basis of the bridge-type combined stone sawing machine, and the horizontal knives can be turned to one side, making the machine both The function of ordinary bridge-type combination saw eliminates the trouble of manual unloading and improves efficiency. The horizontal knife adopts hydraulic feeding, and the up and down lifting adopts a guide pillar contact surface, which is more reasonable and stable; it is widely used in the loading and unloading of granite and marble large block layer cutting machines, which greatly saves the time of manual unloading and improves work efficiency.
