Single Head Bridge Polishing Machine - Bruce

Polishes big slabs of 3200×2000mm, up to 100mm thick. (On request, can be above 200mm)
The spindle moves up and down, by hydraulic, by means of 4 pieces of chrome-plated steel columns. The air pistons keep stable pressure on the slabs to get good polishing. This solution guarantees the machine works at a big range of thicknesses.
Polishes granite and marble by changing the polishing head. The rpm of the polishing head is adjusted by an inverter so it can work on all kinds of stone.
One-day installation. The installation at the stone factory is very simple. Monoblock steel frame. No concrete foundation is needed. The footprint is 5800×3400mm. The weight of machine is 6500 KG.
4 automatic working modes. It polishes 12-16 pcs of slabs at 3200×2000 with 5 steps of abrasives in 8 hours.
