SPR+RCH Double Heat Recovery System
The working principle of the RCH system is to recover the low temperature waste heat of the rapid cooling chimney, the heat it trough the kiln heat exchange unit and send it to the dryer or the combustion supporting fan of the kiln to achieve zero emissions of the kiln's waste heat.
The SPR+ system uses the combustion supporting air heating system to transfer the waste heat through the quench unit heat exchange, which can achieve the combustion supporting air temperature to over 350 °C, and use filters to make the combustion supporting air and gas cleaner, making the product quality better and reducing pollution. Emission, refined automation combines the two systems to achieve the purpose of energuy saving and environmental protection.
